  My mom and dad went out for a burger Saturday night. Soon after they walked in my mom started feeling nauseated. She attributed it to hunger. After ordering she went to the ketchup dispenser and started pumping ketchup. Her hands and wrists started turning red and itching so she went to wash her hands. Eventually things were going numb, she started breaking out everywhere and swelling, became dizzy and had to leave. When four benedryl did nothing for her, she was directed to urgent care. She was given two steroid shots which and directed to the hospital to stay over night. The doctor said something was either very unclean in the restaurant or the air quality was very poor. The food does not matter when just walking in caused a severe allergic reaction. I want to alert the staff to this in hopes you will work to better the environment for your customers.

  The cashier, whose name tag said Manager, made my food for here even though I ordered to go. But when she transferred my food into the to-go bag from the for-here tray, she handled my fries with her bare hands. It was so gross I threw them all away when I got home. So ultimately I paid nearly $8 for a "beefy" double whose patties are the size of those on a kids' meal. And I can't believe they still use environmentally unfriendly styrofoam cups!
