  Terrible customer service over the phone. Rude and rushed to the point I no longer was enthusiastic enough to spend money. Also they state on front of the menu tjat it is a $1 per mile dwlivery charge, of which they only travel 5 miles. They still chose to insist charging me 3 dollars to drive half a mile sown the SAME street. While my truck is in the transmission shop. Not that Im cheap, however, if you want my $30 you better act like it. They failed to do so ...I cancled my order. #FPOCOLOCO

  Will never order anything from them again. Try charging 30 dollars for a 20 dollar delivery order. The time before they screwed up my food and it wasn't very good. You don't try to rip off regular customers. If the delivery driver is expecting 10 dollar tips with a delivery then he needs to find a different job!

  Terrible experience. We were ignored, the guy barely spoke when he did wait on us and then they started letting people go in front of us. Will never go back. My advice would be to be friendlier to the new customers.
