  Went thru Drive Thru and bought food from here today. My 2nd visit.I buy specials which is good my first time but this time turkey and stuffing was very salty as if the cook accidentally dumped salt on right side. Called to voice what happened because I'm on heart meds. And can eat salt normally but not like that. So their food i think is great but i have to make sure i taste next time before i leave.

  Decent food. Horrible service. Walked in with my child and within 60 seconds heard 3 f-bombs from "April". She then proceeded to walk to another customers table talking about her VERY personal life. My child heard that as well. While we waited for the sweet girl who seated us to come back and take our order, April then took her table and tried to serve us. It was our first time actually dining in the restaurant (we've ordered take out numerous times) so my son was taking a minute to decide what he wanted. She then got impatient and rude. The meal I had ordered came with soup, neither of which sounded appetising to me so I asked " what if I don't like either of those, can I get something else?" Her response was snide and just inconsiderate saying "well then you just wont get any" just the way she responded, I asked for a new server. She then went to the back and continued to cuss and yell about my son and I "pissed off BC I couldn't get soup". And there was more. We waited almost 5 minutes for her to come back from her tangent just to tell me that she was now willing to accommodate me if I did not want what was offered with my meal. Once again.... The meal and it's sides were NOT the issue. It was 100% her nasty horrid attitude. She then tried to take my order again and at this point we had decided not to stay. My 11 year old child should not have had to witness any of that. Her cussing numerous times. Hearing her personal life (that no child should have overheard) It was all too much and I truly hope after I speak to the manager and owner something will be done. Also, I tried calling today to speak with "Lindsey", the manager. A girl named Marci answered the phone. She was also rude. She refused to tell me the name of the owner and tried to pursue me to just "let her deal with the situation" But I am a server of 17 years and I know all about restaurant politics and friendships. My family and I will NOT be returning or ordering from their establishment unless "April" is terminated and my child gets an apology for what he had to experience his first time at Brians. I am truly disappointed. And frankly I'm angry. YOU CANNOT ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO ABUSE THEIR POSITION OR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Please fix this and their attitudes.

  I ordered 2 chicken Pitas and received grilled chicken on a pita. We might have been able to live with that had the chicken been edible. When we called to explain that we wanted fried chicken instead of grilled they proceeded to explain the proper terminology needed in order to get the food we desired. They never offered to make it right or give us what we wanted, instead it seemed they were annoyed. When I suggested that they exchange the food for what we actually wanted the server rudely asked "ok, well, what DO you want?" We will never go back.
