We waited over an hour for our food with very little concern from our server or the staff. It took 40 minutes for our appetizer to come to the table, and our food another 30. Although there were two managers very obviously on hand, when we tried to speak to one, he actually walked away. We ended up asking the server to send him over again, offering no explanation, apology, or discount: "I don't know what happened...we'll work on it. Thanks for letting me know."
